Your Right to Cancel
If you order over the phone or online you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt and then providing you are able to return the goods in the original packaging and in new condition.
 
Amending Your Order - before despatch of goods
In addition to your legal rights and obligations should you change your mind, you can cancel or change your order by calling us on 08707 605872 or emailing customerservices@rsdmusic.co.uk up until the point of its despatch to you or a third party.
 
Returns Policy
 - after receipt of goods
In the interest of hygiene we are unable to offer a refund on any goods unless the product is faulty. This does not affect your legal rights.
Own Purchase
After you have received your goods, you can return any  item to us for a refund or an exchange, as long as it is unused and returned in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt of your goods and notified us accordingly.
 
You can either take the item to our depot, or return by recorded Royal Mail delivery, or use a secure courier service.  You will be responsible for these charges.
